We’re happy to welcome Beth Haiken and Robin Dull to our growing team.

Robin joins us to focus on our growing bank licensing practice, as well as business planning. He’ll help banks and fintechs anticipate and resolve complicated regulatory and strategic issues that are critical to their growth, with a specific focus on helping fintechs develop their U.S. bank licensing strategies and draft their U.S. business plans. He draws on nearly two decades of litigation and in-house legal experience. Before joining Klaros, Robin was an Associate General Counsel at Bank of America and Freddie Mac, providing enterprise-wide support for fair lending, consumer protection, and other regulatory initiatives. He has advised business, compliance, and audit units, and supported companies in supervisory examinations, enforcement actions, internal investigations, and litigation. Robin served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2008-2012 and practiced white-collar criminal defense law at a boutique law firm in New York City; prior to that he served as a law clerk on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and in the Eastern District of New York. Robin’s expertise will be particularly valuable to clients as the prospects for obtaining bank charters opens up.

Beth has actually been part of the Klaros team all along - indeed, we owe the very name “Klaros” to her efforts back in 2019 and attribute our growing brand footprint in part to her work. She brings extensive financial services and fintech experience from both in-house and agency experience, most recently from Method Communications, where she built an impressive fintech practice. Early in 2025 she joined us officially as our new Head of Marketing and Communications. We’re excited that Klaros now enjoys her undivided attention and look forward to watching our marketing efforts bloom under her care and feeding.
As always, if you’d like to chat about innovation, regulation, or related topics, shoot us a note at hello@klaros.com.
