Poorani Jeyasekar specializes in banking operations and technology.
 

As a seasoned advisor, she guides banks, fintechs, and embedded finance providers in navigating the complex banking technology landscape, including, most recently, generative AI and banking. Her expertise lies in core banking and operations technology, which supports bank acquisitions, bank charter applications, ILC applications, banking-as-a-service, and partner banking initiatives. Before joining Klaros, she served as a Vice President at Celerity, a digital advisory firm managing a financial services business portfolio of $10MM. With eighteen years of experience working with Fortune 100 banks, credit unions, and insurance companies, she has successfully delivered digital transformation projects, M&A projects, and technology projects and led change management initiatives. Her experience includes working with JP Morgan Chase, Huntington Banks, Nationwide Insurance, and Navy Federal Credit Union. She has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is an Agile practitioner.

 

Poorani holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Avinashilingam University and an MA in Workforce Development Education from The Ohio State University.
