Daniel Bulaevsky focuses on financial analysis, operations & legal, and M&A.
Daniel is an experienced advisor across matters of finance, business and law. He was most recently an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. At the firm, he focused primarily on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies across a variety of industries as well as general corporate governance and securities law matters, including proxy fights and activism preparedness and defense. Before joining Wachtell Lipton, Daniel was a principal at Promontory Financial Group in San Francisco and New York. In that role, he advised clients on a range of operational, risk and regulatory matters, including issues posed by new technologies, such as digital assets and cloud-based platforms. Prior to joining Promontory, Daniel was an analyst in J.P Morgan’s syndicated and leveraged finance practice in New York. There, he helped clients across several industries navigate the financial crisis and raise billions in high yield bonds and syndicated loans.
Daniel holds a BA cum laude from Williams College and a JD from Stanford Law School.
